X Fire Paintball News

X Fire Paintball will be holding tryouts for X Fire Paintball Teams on Saturday, March 19, 2007 at the West End Paintball in Leicester, MA. X Fire Paintball has sponsored Open, Intermediate, Novice and Rookie teams that have competed at the local, regional and national levels over the past years and X Fire is holding open tryouts for positions for its teams.

The tryouts will be held starting following the Rookie tournament with an estimated start time of about 3:00 pm. Directions to West End are available at www.westendpaintball.com.

All those interested should read, understand and complete (1) an application and (2) a waiver for X Fire Paintball. Each of these documents must be signed by a parent if the player is under 18 years of age. These should be turned in to either X Fire Paintball store by May 17th.

On the day of the tryouts bring your equipment and be ready to play. We will not be doing gun tech work at the tryouts so come with your equipment in working order.

X Fire Paintball does not charge to tryout for the team and you can bring your own paint or buy paint that we will have available at the field.

Players will be judged on individual and team skills. You will be evaluated on speed, talent, drive and attitude. In addition to individual tests you will participate in small team drills to evaluate coordination, communication, cooperation and teamwork.

So get ready and come on down – show big John that you have what it takes to play with the big dogs.
